There are several things we can change and in addition to helping the planet,most of them benefit you. We must relearn the “three R’s”
But before you go and do any sort of major changes,just shift your mindset. Reuse, reduce, recycle

habits are a bit different from lifestyles, the lifestyles people lead –” based on family size, location, profession and so on” are very different. But habits are more about the daily actions we take, usually without thinking.
going green today consists of several different areas of subject. Buying organic clothing is not going to save the planet, but frequent green consumption is helping to mainstream green living today.

Avoid bottled water. Use a reusable water container or bottle — according to the National Resource Defense Council, standards for bottled water, regulated by the FDA are severely inadequate.
Tap water,although regulated by the EPA has regulations for certain bacteria, toxins, and is tested in a government certified lab, unlike our bottled water.
